The Basic Sale Price for the projects, AIC, Karnal is Rs. 8500/sq.yd.; AIC, Kurukshetra is Rs. 5500/sq.yd., and AIC, Fatehabad is Rs. 5750/sq.yd. The other charges like EDC/IDC are as per applicable government rates. The response has been enthusiastic because of which the allotment would be held through a draw of lots that will be carried out within 60 days of closing of the scheme. Successful applicants will be issued allotment letters within 30 days of the draw of lots for each township.
In case of time linked plan, the payment plan is for 3 years with average 2 installments per year. This payment plan is along the lines of that established by HUDA and this is the first time a private developer is offering payment plan of three years with six installments payable every six months which coincides with the time when the agricultural money is available in the market to facilitate farmers to invest in a good living habitat. In case of down payment plan, a rebate of 9% would be offered to the buyer.
